Tuesday 23 June 2015 – University College, 315 Leith Street, 5.45 for 6pm start – This is the first of a new OPIA initiative to further the knowledge of landlords or managers of properties in North Dunedin. If you own a student property/ies, now is the time to start preparing for the 2016 intake of tenants. Listen to representatives from Otago University, OPIA members Matt Morton, Stef Wade and other experienced landlords to gain excellent knowledge on house prices, rental trends, what to expect from tenants, how to ensure you attract the best tenants possible and to answer any other questions you may have. There will be light finger food provided.
