Currently the Golden Gate Lodge is undergoing major renovations - redevelopment (due for completion December) come along and hear General Manager Glen Christiansen talk about this major project - including its soon to be new name. Other confirmed speakers are:
Jordana Whyte - Cosy Homes - she wants to spread the word to ensure that everyone in Central Otago lives in a warm and healthy home. She will keep you up to date with insulation subsidies and the new insulation requirements both for in the property and included in your tenancy agreement. Do you have any unwanted curtains lying around in the cupboard? Jordana is happy to take any donations off your hands and find them a good home. There is a curtain bank operating in Dunedin and a curtain bank is planned for Central Otago. - Help keep tenants warm.
Milton Sperring (OPIA member) will talk about his property investing and purchasing experiences from mortgagee sales to beneficiary tenants and lots in between.
