The 43rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the OPIA is to be held on the 13th of June 2017 at Forbury Park. Starting at 7.30pm.
Followed by Auckland Property Investors' President Andrew Bruce. Andrew qualified at Lincoln University with a BCom in Valuation and Property Management. Currently he splits his time between his project management company and working on projects within his property portfolio. His property investing began in 1996 and his portfolio has a balance of cash flow and capital gains properties. He holds central Auckland houses, CBD apartments, motels, block of units in Hamilton and ...... Property is a tangible asset and you can add value to it .... To find balance and as a stress relief Andrew has spent a year playing and coaching tennis professionally in Germany, completed the Taupo iron man, adventure cycled around Asia including 1200 km journey in Tibet to Kathmandu and cycling up to Everest base camp........
