After receiving an increasing amount of calls from landlords worrying about not having properties rented for 2019 we are holding a surprise pop up meeting to try and help the panicked and worried. Come along to an informal meeting to have a chat about renting for 2019. Bring along photos of your properties and prices etc or a trade me listing number and we will have a chat about each property to help each other get them rented for 2019. Whether it is suggested work that you could do or pricing issues or just lack of advertising. So come along and for an excellent workshop with like minded student landlords.
