Come along to our 2020 Christmas dinner and the very popular Ironic Cafe. This year we have a 3 Course dinner (Plus breads and dips starter) and the OPIA is discounting this to only $50 each for members and non-member will be the full price of $64.50. This is always a great event and every year it is getting more popular so get in quick to avoid disappointment, there is limited seats.
There is vegan, GF, DF and Vegetarian options available. You will need to pre order for this event to make sure your email is correctly given so once the summer menu is locked in we can email you the option for you to order from prior to the night. Nick is a fellow Property Investor and co-owner of Investment Property Buyer's Agency iFindProperty.
In the last 4 years, Nick has built up a portfolio that generates 6-figures in passive income. He did this in a city that he visits 2-3x per year, mostly after the boom and LVR restraints had arrived and while spending more than half of each year overseas (his wife runs a business in Japan). Nick will share lessons he learned along his journey.

He has been doing these updates since he left BNZ and is now an independent economist and is now talking all over NZ. He was a main speaker at the NZPIF conference in 2019 and was fantastic.
With the election a few days prior hopefully we will know the outcome and Tony can comment on what he thinks NZ moving forward entails.
