In 2015 Kerry Beveridge purchased the City Hotel Timaru (originally built 1866 as the Albion Hotel). Since then the few usable rooms have been renovated to give 16 very popular rooms. Kerry is currently re-purposing space to give 7 new bedrooms and a bathroom. From hands on 24 / 7 Kerry has made the building more high tech and more hands off.  He has a waiting list of tenants wanting to move in and advertisers through word of mouth. Come along and hear about Kerrys' Boarding house experiences (good and bad) with short and long term tenants. Kerry is also President of South Canterbury Property Investors Assn.
