He has purchased properties around the Hawkes Bay area for buy and holds and trades. He aims to buy at good discounts for profit and refinancing after getting them revalued. He will share the lessons he has learnt including know your market place well and don't pay more than you have to and crunch your numbers. Graeme has a Facebook property investor group page with over 5000 members (you can join in the discussion). He wrote NZ Real Estate Investors secrets, the first edition sold 10,000 copies, it was the story of 10 NZ millionaires who invested in property. The second edition re-looks at 5 of the original case studies with an update 5 years on review. There are some new names in the book.
