Angela will share her story of how she became financially free at 30, meaning she had the option to quit working and still have a basic income. Now 35 years old, she has 7 houses and 6 flats in her portfolio which provide a very comfortable lifestyle. She has now “retired” to focus on being a Mum to her 1yr old son & do volunteer work
Angela is self-made and hasn’t had any help to start and grow her portfolio. It’s all been due to hard work and determination from a young age. She is proof that you can be financially free no matter where and how you grow up in New Zealand and you certainly don’t need a winning lotto ticket to get started!
Although she won the NZ Landlord of the Year in 2015, she has had her fair share of challenges which she will talk about. She will show you how it is possible to build a positive cash flow portfolio which can pay you more than your day job, allowing you to quit work and free up your time to spend it how you wish
