The first meeting of the year and we are having a Dunedin market update special. We have four separate speakers coming to give us updates on the Dunedin residential market, Dunedin commercial market, healthy homes changes and updates to heating tool and then a mortgage market update. Due to what is happening with COVID we will require all members to be vaccinated and show their vaccination pass at the door of the meeting.
