An accidental Landlord who joined her local PIA to learn what she needed to do to be a good landlord. Nicki's journey from one to three properties in quick succession got her hooked on property not only as a form of income, but a way to quit her day job, and provide homes for amazing families and micro-communities. Eight years on she has won the 2023 NZPIF Rentskills Supreme Award - Landlord of the Year, and built a successful property management business alongside giving back to her local PIA serving on the committee as their President.
