Jo Rae, Head of Property Management, Real Estate Institute of NZ
Following a successful career in Real Estate, owning her own business and developing Property Management teams, Jo joins us with a huge amount of knowledge around the Property Management industry and the RTA. Her time is now spent as the Head of Property Management for the Real Estate Institute of NZ where she advocates hugely for anything to do with the RTA. She also is someone who follows closely anything to with Property Management and understands completely the challenges investors face.
For those of us who have met her, her approachable nature, in-depth understanding of Property Management, and her close following of all legislative changes to do with the RTA make her a champion of Property Management and we cannot wait to have her talk here in Dunedin.
This will be a meeting not to miss as we get closer to the RTA changes that are proposed becoming a reality.
