Overall rent increases less than inflation

Sue Harrison. President of NZPIF, says December rental statistics from the Bond Centre have been released and it is evident that rental prices over the whole of New Zealand have increased by less than 5.1% in the year to November 22 at a time when overall inflation rose to 7.2%
