OPIA 50th Anniversary Celebration

The Otago Property Investors Association is turning 50 and you are invited to come and celebrate. We are so excited to be turning 50 so we are celebrating in style and we want all our members and old and new to join us. It will be a great night and for $50pp for a three-course dinner and a drink on arrival how can you go wrong? We can cater for all dietary requirements and the venue is fully accessible. AGM followed by Special Tax and Legal Info Meeting

Come and hear an update on the tax changes and a refresher on the legal side of property investing. With the tax deductibility changes, it is a great time to get educated and stop burying your head in the sand as these changes are coming and coming quickly. We also have our new honorary lawyer coming to have a chat to us about the legal aspects of property buying and selling etc.
