carbonized tenancy agreements 2 options available

Since the 1 July Smoke alarm and Insulation changes the RTA forms have been changed. Members have 3 options available.

(1) NZPIF have produced a 2-page Carbonized Residential Tenancy Agreement with Bond lodgement form.  Cost to members $1.50 or $10 for 10

(2) Tenancy Services have produced a folder containing 4 information pages, and 5 carbonised tenancy contract form pages. Cost to members $2 each folder (Retail $4.99)

(3) Tenancy Sevices Website - Members can down load the forms

Copies of the Agreement are available from the following:   

• 97 Motel Moray - Moray Place Dunedin 8am - 8pm   
• OPIA Office Monday 16th January between 12 and 3 pm. Other dates and times will be loaded as they become known.
• Email your order to opia@opia.org.nz and the tenancy agreements will be posted out to you - ADD an extra $1 per order for postage - Please make clear which form you are ordering.
