After receiving an increasing amount of calls from landlords worrying about not having properties rented for 2019 we are holding a surprise pop up meeting to try and help the panicked and worried. Come along to an informal meeting to have a chat about renting for 2019. Bring along photos of your properties and prices etc or a trade me listing number and we will have a chat about each property to help each other get them rented for 2019. Whether it is suggested work that you could do or pricing issues or just lack of advertising. So come along and for an excellent workshop with like minded student landlords. Come and hear Janet Ashcroft on August 14 a year on from the last time she spoke last August. Janet was a Tenancy Tribunal Adjudicator and currently deals in all areas of property law. Midwinter Dinner

PLEASE NOTE CHANGE OF DATE TO THE 1ST AUG. Come along to a social event at 6.30pm at Cobb and Co to mark the first half of a wonderful year with the OPIA we will be having a sit down dinner with a two course set menu with gluten free options (if you are vegan please let the office know before the night as they are going to make something special for you). Must register and pay before the 27th July. $36 each for two courses (main and desert) and there will be a cash bar. We are in the private room so come along and have a great time catching up with other investors. After our wonderful Christmas dinner last year it will be a great evening again.
