Come along and join an exciting discussion and panel meeting relating to local development issues and situations.
Topics include:

• The Dunedin District Plan (aka the 2GP) – what’s new: duplexes, 2GP mapped areas, pre 1940s dwellings and more! Conrad will provide a brief overview of some of the changes to the 2GP, with a focus on how these may impact development options.  
• Information explaining a bit about designing buildings and how an architect can assist during the early design phases of housing projects.
